The the heck!! Everytime I go farming with my friend I get Junk!
Farming yesterday to blow some time since this entire weekend was blown for FOW, we went to Augry Rock to farm some griffs. 3 times we cleared the area, and my buddy kept getting golden items.

"Ohoooo, score"
"Oh ya!! Cha-ching!"
"Double Prizes!!!"
"Golden max axe!!, Whooo Hooo!!"

As you can imagine I was like " Oh, ya hey nice, sweet, cool" Ughhh. sigh

The ratio was 5-0. He scored max unid gold items. I got wings and bleached carpaces. Believe me I did my fair share of the killing.

What is the deal? Is this random, or is it based on who's doing what kind of damage?

He is a W/Mo I am a R/Mo, both of us are capable of farming separate (which gets rid of this problem) but thats not the point to my question.

It is random, if it wasn't then the poor healer monks would never get anything

Yeah it's random. When I FoW I usually always get 3 shards before the end, whilst others get other items like dust and remains. It's totally random. Other times in FOW I'm like them and they're like me, they get stuff and I don't.

Just say your blessing and pray to keep the Evil God of Lootius away from you.
